Bundesliga: Bayer Leverkusen react to Boniface’s return to full training

Bundesliga leaders Bayer Leverkusen have celebrated Victor Boniface’s return to full training.
The Nigeria international was involved in full team training for the first time since suffering an adductor injury in January on Monday.
Boniface went down the knife after sustaining the injury and has been working his way back to full recovery.

The 23-year-old is Die Werkself’s top scorer this season with 16 goals and eight assists in 23 games across all competitions.
Boniface will look to make his return to Xabi Alonso’s side after the international break.
